| How will my gift be packaged? |
| The Fruit Basket will be wrapped with cello and a bow and packaged in a box, with colourful tissue paper and sprinkled with confetti. Balloons and other gifts are also packaged in the same way. |
| Will the fruit be exactly as it is in the photograph? |
| We strive to make up all our Fruit Arrangements as to how they look online. However, due to seasonal changes, the fruit may vary depending on what is available at the time. While the fruit may vary with the seasons, the quality, variety and freshness is always guaranteed. |
| How long do helium balloons generally last? |
| Our balloons are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. The average flying time for a helium filled foil balloon is 5-6 days, and in many cases longer – especially Supershape/Airwalker Balloons. Customers should note balloons held in cold temperatures may cause the helium to deflate, however when placed back into a warm environment the helium rapidly expands again. |
| How can I alter information before the gift has been sent out? |
| If the gift has not been dispatched we will happily change any information as requested where possible. Unfortunately once the order has left, we cannot alter any details. |
| How is my gift delivered? |
| Goods are delivered by our courier Initial City Link, and on certain occasions balloons may be delivered through Royal Mail. |
| What if the recipient isn’t in when delivery is attempted? |
| If no one is available, the courier may try to leave with a neighbour and inform the recipient by posting a card through their door. Failing this, a card will be left through the door, stating delivery was attempted with instructions. Due to the perishable nature of the goods, we do advise all customers to make sure that the recipient is going to be available to accept delivery. We can happily deliver to places of work etc if the recipient isn’t going to be at home. |
| Can I request a signature to prove delivery? |
| Yes we can access this almost immediately with our courier, please contact us and we will be happy to provide this. |
